Provides support to The Foundation for a Better Life team members and therefore becomes part of the team. Duties are varied: reception, clerical, and project-based work. Please visit for more information about the Foundation.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Reception support: Answering phone lines, greeting guests
•Edit user submitted web content
•Respond to general email through the website
•Prepare/print presentation books
•Duplicate DVDs
•Internet research

•Positive attitude
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent speaking and conversational ability
•Computer and internet savvy; working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
•Basic administrative skills
•Excellent grammar and sentence structure skills
•Phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
•Detail oriented

•10-15 hours a week
•Office Hours 8:30-5, Monday – Friday
•Business casual
