Job Profile: Barnhart is seeking a motivated summer public relations intern for approximately 15-18 hours per week (days/time are negotiable). A stipend or school credit will be provided.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Researching
• Building and maintaining media lists
• Monitoring and recording media coverage
• Writing and editing
• Social media monitoring and updating
• Coordinating PR programs, special events and contests
• New business involvement
• Media pitching
• Community outreach

Requirements include:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Social media skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Demonstrated multi-tasking skills
