Intern Customer Qualification

Description:

As an intern with the Customer Qualification team, you will assist Customer Qualification Managers in documenting their processes and enhancing the design of their Microsoft SharePoint sites. You will be assigned processes to document, persons to interview and will be responsible for documenting and reviewing the process with the team. You will be given an overview of the SharePoint sites and how they are used and asked to propose enhancements to the site design.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates for this position will have:
• Technical writing skills
• An interest in process documentation
• Good interview skills
• Good communication and documentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
• Other desirable skills include some knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

Education:

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an emphasis in technical writing or process documentation.

Location:

Must be local (within 50 miles) to the Longmont area. There will be no relocation assistance provided for this internship.
