Digital Media Intern: Department of English

The English department is seeking a creative and detail-oriented digital media student intern who will support our graduate MA/MFA programs in digital media initiatives, specifically related to video production for recruitment purposes.
This intern will spend the majority of his/her time gathering photo and video footage, coordinating with the English department Graduate Committee and the department Communications Coordinator, and producing finished short videos to be posted on our website.
This student should be a team-oriented, innovative individual with a strong knowledge of video production. An ability to follow directions and meet strict deadlines is required.

Required skillset includes:
- Experience in video production.
- Ability to take interesting and creative photos to be used on social media.

The digital media intern will work 8-10 hours per week, at the rate of $12 an hour (for 100 hours of work total). The start date is immediately after hiring in the fall semester and will continue in the spring semester until the funds are used.
